General conditions of sale Blissitude Yoga.

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Blissitude Yoga network. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company Blissitude Yoga an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: The company Blissitude Yoga only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately reimbursed and a return of the product (s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to the company Blissitude Yoga implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in US Dollars all taxes included. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside US must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Protection of personal data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the National Commission for Data Protection. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and / or promotional offers concerning products published by the company Blissitude Yoga or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. You just have to click on the link at the end of our emails. This link is preceded by the words “To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:” (understand: to unsubscribe or change your registration options, click below).

Our newsletter is under the number Blissitude Yoga and respects the Data Protection Act. Article 10: Applicable law All the clauses appearing in the present general conditions of sale, as well as all the operations of purchase and sale which are referred to therein, will be subject to United States Law.

Please understand that due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Client in connection with the products bought from Blissitude Yoga will be allowed under any circumstances.

Client Waiver

I understand that yoga includes physical movement as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tensions. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling injury, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will LET MY TEACHER KNOW and I will listen to my body. I understand that I may choose to discontinue any pose or activity at any time during the class or private session or in my home practice. Nancy Nurmi encourages students to let her know if they experience pain during class, workshops or private therapy session—usually propping the student for more comfort and more effective release and if not, we can offer a substitute pose. I understand and accept that yoga is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment and that if I have had an injury or have had surgery or if I am pregnant I should get my doctor’s approval to participate in this yoga program before doing so. I also understand that the practice of Yoga not only involves physical effort but may also call upon my mental and emotional resources.

Online & virtual classes

(A) By taking part in any online class, you acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there could be a risk of personal injury.

(B) When practicing from home, you accept full responsibility for your space and the health and safety precautions within this space.

(C) You acknowledge that Nancy Nurmi | Blissitude Yoga accepts no responsibility for any potential injuries as a result of practice outside of the studio space.

(D) Nancy Nurmi | Blissitude Yoga is not responsible for any injuries you may experience as a result of your use of any material found on the company website.

(E) Whilst practicing online the student is responsible for choosing and taking suitable modifications within their practice and if a student chooses to divert from the general instructions of the class, then they are doing so at their own discretion.

(F) Whilst practicing online the student understands that with their camera on, they are visible to the teacher and other attendees who are in the online space.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will. By booking into any Nancy Nurmi | Blissitude Yoga classes or accessing online material I hereby agree to the terms and conditions above.
