I want to talk to you today about something important—something that could significantly change your life. First off, let me say this page isn't glamorous. I'm not a designer. But I am an expert in transformative therapeutic yoga, and I can't wait any longer to share this with you.


So, who is this for? Well.....are you a sensitive, Introverted or empathic woman who is experiencing any of this: tired of feeling drained, tired of feeling tired of everything, overwhelmed, yearning for some freakin peace, or you just want some energy without having to drink your weight in coffee? This is not a quick fix. I can't wave a magic wand and bippity boppity boo you're energized and vibrant 24-7. You have to invest time and energy to change this. I know it's weird to hear you have to invest energy to have more energy but you do. Well, I did. I had to decide and make a choice about what, who, when and where I was going to invest and spend my energy on. Also, I have to continually take time out to manage my energy. As I said it is not a quick fix but it is totally doable.

I get it—you're struggling with feeling tired, even after a full night's sleep, you're frustrated by an unending cycle of fatigue, and you feel frustrated because peace and peace of mind seems elusive. Trust me, you're not alone. I've been in your shoes, and that's precisely why I want to help. I wish someone had offered this to me years ago. It would have saved me so much time, pain and energy.


We are human and life is ever changing so we will go through moments where we need to implement more rest practice and moments where we can only do the bare minimum. The main thing is learning to go with the flow and embrace the imperfections and rollercoaster changes of life.

A Little About Me and My Why...


Hey there! I'm Nancy, your guide to transformative well-being through Blissitude Therapeutic Yoga. I didn't just stumble into yoga because of an injury; my journey into the world of yoga and meditation started because of my own struggles with stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and the lingering effects of past experiences.


I know what it's like to feel tired, disconnected-uncomfortable in your own skin, and unable to find lasting relief from chronic physical discomfort. I tried various methods, from acupuncture to energy healing, searching for something that resonated. It wasn't until I discovered Therapeutic Yoga Practices and Spinal Release Yoga (SRY) that everything truly changed.


These many practices not only provided relief from physical discomfort but became a sanctuary for me, addressing the deeper layers of stress and anxiety. Yoga became my anchor, helping me navigate the complexities of life with more ease and grounding. Empowered by the transformative experiences, I am passionate about sharing this life-changing practice, especially with those who, like me, have sought solace from the challenges of everyday life due to sensitivities.


My mission is to guide and support women, especially those who are sensitive, introverted, overwhelmed, and seeking personal growth, to embark on a similar journey of self-nurture and empowerment. Through my offerings, whether it's a guided meditation, a transformative Yoga Nidra experience, coaching, or nurturing therapeutic yoga, my intention is to create a safe and supportive space for you to reconnect with your true essence, reclaim your power, and embrace self-love.

Hello, lovely soul!


I'm a fellow traveler on the healing journey, deeply passionate about guiding sensitive and introverted women like us. Creativity is my language of the heart, and nature is my sanctuary, recharging me with its gentle whispers.

As an empath and introvert, I cherish seeing the beauty in people and empowering them to embrace self-compassion.


My profound yoga journey began in 2007 when I found myself tired of being tired. Tired of being frustrated. Tired of being overwhelmed by life. I started with meditation, pranayama, and slow yoga (asana) and then found Therapeutic Yoga and it changed everything.


This lead me to become a dedicated Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner after trying many different things that helped but didn't seem to have lasting change. It wasn't until I tried Therapeutic Yoga that I finally felt like I was at home within myself. (Sounds crazy but it was the most peaceful and unchaotic I had ever felt). Over the years I have struggled with being sensitive and labeled "too sensitive" but did not know then that it is my superpower.(I am also a recovering perfectionist).


My mission is clear: to support women in finding peace within, reclaiming their power, and embracing self-love of your imperfectly perfect self. (You are whole and complete as you are. You are more than your body and mind).


I have been a Yoga Teacher for over 10 years & Practiced over 15 years, Wellness and Self Love Advocate/Coach for 20+ years, gardener, cat lover, craft lover, passion for quilting and sewing, avocado fiend, empowerment advocate, heart centered empath that drops F bombs with a playful sense of humor, an INFJ, and someone who loves to help others experience the blissful attitude that comes from being embodied and loving your imperfectly perfect self.
